Self troubleshooting procedure (RMA verification)

Can’t boot

1. check power connection

2. unplug HDD then boot again

Can’t read HDD

1. Make sure HDD is installed properly

2. change the SATA port

3. Check disk LED status (should be solid green)

Burnt

1. Check if there is any burning smell

Can’t find mini

1. Check network LED status (should be green and blinking). Also check nuuo wiki page to find out your mini IP address: http://support.nuuo.com/mediawiki/index.php/Why_can%27t_I_find_my_NVRmini%3F

2. Check system LED status (should be solid green)

• Not able to see buttons of NVRmini (use newer than IE6)

• No motion detection for Panasonic camera (upgarde to 2.0 but WV-series still not supported)

Camera brand problem

Vivotek: image will jump randomly to other channel (upgrade to 2.0)

Things must ask

Camera model, firmware

NVRmini model, OS version, NVR version

Direct connection to NVRmini (or get config)

IE version

Any toolbar

Remove IE components

UPS model

How many cameras are connected?

Camera settings

LAN or WAN

TCP/UDP/HTTP

windows version
