Why no camera and recorded video displayed when I click open record in remote playback application?

Q: Why no camera and recorded video displayed when I click open record in remote playback application? I went into the "Remote Server" tab and tested and logged into the server with no issues. When I go to click onto "open record" there is no information. None of my camera's are listed and none of the recoded video is seen in the calendar display.

A: Please follow below instrument to complete the login to remote server.

1.)Click on remote serer button to call remote playback site management. Add a server to the list by typing IP address, port, user name and password of your recording server.

2.)Click open record button to call date time search dialog. Find a house icon and click the face down arrow beside, then you will see the remote server you want to pull out video from. The playback system allows you to access several servers with one interface.
