1. Please make sure the firmware version of your NVRmini is 1.3 or later.

• If the firmware version is 1.3, you need to search this NVRmini with NVRmini 1.3AP

• If the firmware version is 2.0 or later, you need to search this NVRmini with NVRmini 2.2AP

2. Start [Install Wizard Configure], choose your scan network interface and then run [Install Wizard]. If you have more than one scan network interfaces, please try them one by one.

3. Make sure your NVRmini and your PC are both in the same local network area (LAN), not through your router.

4. Turn your firewall and antivirus off. (AVG is highly NOT recommended.)

5. Use wired network connection instead of wireless to search your NVRmini.

If instructions above do not work, please try the following.

6. Set your PC as a static IP address.

7. Go to your router and check if you can see your NVRmini in DHCP table.

If instructions above do not work, please try the following.

8. Connect NVRmini to your PC through Ethernet cable directly, set this PC as a static IP address and then use NVRmini install Wizard.

9. Reset your NVRmini by poking the reset point at the back of your NVRmini until NVRmini shut down.
