Why I get system freezing when rebooting my recording server installed with 7000 series card?

Symptom

I have a server installed with 7000 series card, when I try to restart the computer, it freezes every time. The only way to restart the computer normally is to remove the driver of 7000 series card.

Cause

It's a known issue on 7000 card driver version 4.1.1.0.

  • Please go to device manager and check the driver version.

Solution

Please download latest [driver] and it will automatically upgrade the 7000 card driver version.
