Video overlay overview (version 3.0.2)

Video overlay option is only available with SCB-5000 series cards. Graphics card will draw the images instead of the CPU when video overlay is enabled. The CPU will draw the images instead of the graphics card when video overlay is disabled. Turning off video overlay will increase the CPU loading by ~10%.
