If you set period limit of remote login in user account setting, you are not able to select a recorded video that exceeds the remote login period. For instance, if you set keep remote login for three minutes, you are not able to select more than three minutes recorded video in playback. If the message bothers you, you can disable the function or extend the remote login time limit.
1.) Go to Main console -> User account setting
2.) Disable the option keep remote login for # minutes or extend the period limit.
