DVR/NVR/NDVR software, NVRmini and CMS
- Windows 2000 is no longer supported since version 3.2.
- Windows Server 2003 is no longer supported since version 3.3
- SCB-4000/5000 Series are no longer supported since version 3.4
- Windows XP 64-bit / Vista 64-bit / Windows Server 2008 32-bit / Windows XP Embedded / Linux / MAC systems are NOT currently supported.

PDA/smart phone client viewer
Nuuo PDA/smart phone client viewer supports Windows Mobile 5.0, 6.0, 6.1 and 6.5.
The installation of the PDA client viewer or smart phone client viewer will depend on that OS is on the mobile phone.
- Windows Mobile 5.0 for pocket PC (phone edition)/ Windows Mobile 6 classic (professional) -> Install PDA client viewer.
- Windows Mobile for smartphone/ Windows Mobile 6 standard -> Install smart phone client viewer.
