NVR, DVR, hybrid NDVR

  • Different versions of NUUO main console and remote client are subject to compatibility issues, always update them to the same version.

1.) In [main console]->[Config]->[About Mainconsole...]

NVRmini

2.) Login to NVRmini with admin account

3.) Go to [System]->[System Information]

  • NVR Version: write down the first 4 digits (example, 01.03 or 1.3)

CMS

  • CMS Server and CMS Client have separate software versions. There are no compatibility issues between version 1.0.0 and version 1.1.0.

3.) Run [NCS Server] then go to your system tray and right click on NCS Server's icon

4.) Click on [About]

5.) Run and login to [NCS Client]

6.) Click on [Help]->[About Central...]
