Remote playback server can not be connected

If you encounter this problem, please check following steps for troubleshooting.
1.)Make sure the remote playback service is started in network service.
2.)The default port number of remote playback service is 5160. Make sure the remote server information input in remote playback application is correct especially the port number.
3.)If you use WAN, make sure the 5160 port is forwarded on your router at server side.
4.)If your software is more previous than version 3.1.15. Please upgrade to latest software version.
Please find latest version from new version download.
