No video when remote desktop

The live video from analog cameras of SCB-5000 are drawn by the graphic cards without going through the CPU. Remote desktop tools can only show the graphics processed by the CPU but not graphic cards. Therefore, you won't be able to see live video from analog cameras connected to SCB-5000 series cards when connected with NUUO remote desktop application or 3rd party remote desktop tool such as VNC.

  • You can see the video of IP cameras when connected with remote desktop even when using SCB-5000 series software because video from IP cameras are drawn by the CPU.
  • This problem MAY be solved if you turn off video overlay in NUUO main console because CPU will take over the drawing from the graphic cards. Each graphics card works with SCB-5000 cards differently, so this may or may not work for your system.
  • Logmein is not compatible with our software thus you cannot see any video when using it.
