New version overview

All the system configuration and video data WILL BE saved when you upgrade EXCEPT FOR CMS.

How to check my software and firmware version?

NVR / DVR / NDVR (version 3.2.22)

Version 3.2.22 is the latest software version for NVR (SCB-IP+ license), DVR and NDVR. However, the dongle license type "SCB-IP" can only use up to version 2.8.2.

  • Simply uninstall the old NUUO software and install the new version to upgrade.
  • All the system configuration and video data WILL BE saved when you upgrade.

Version 3.2.22 is for NVR or NDVR with SCB-IP+ license (not SCB-IP license)

ServerPack_3.2.22.zip The package includes: MainConsole, Playback, Remote Live Viewer, Backup application.
ClientPack_3.2.22.zip The package includes: Remote Playback, Remote Live Viewer, Remote Backup application.
RemoteDesktopViewer_1.0.2.0.zip Remote Desktop Viewer application: User can use remote desktop tool to access main console and setup configuration remotely.
InstallDri_1.0.1.1.zip Driver Installation tool: The tool willdetect the type of capture cards and install the proper driver automatically.
PDAClient_1.0.0.9.zip PDA Client application: Please make sure PDA device has connected with PC before install the PDA client.
SPClient_1.0.0.9.zip Smart Phone Client application: Please make sure Smart Phone device has connected with PC before install the Smart Phone client.

Version 2.8.2 is for NVR or NDVR with SCB-IP license (not SCB-IP+ license)

CMS (version 1.3.1)

Please uninstall all of the old NUUO CMS software (including, CMS Server, CMS Client and CMS Matrix) and install the new version to upgrade.

  • All the system configuration and video data WILL NOT be saved when you upgrade. Please make sure you export/save the configurations of both CMS Server and CMS Client before you uninstall so you can import/load them back afterwards.
