What is the default port for remote live viewing?

A: Default port is 5150.

I can see all displayed channels from my server site but cannot connect via my mobile client at all. What’s wrong?

A1: Please note NVRmini is only supported after version 2.4 (Target release by Q3, 2010). Please update your NVRmini firmware after the release and try again.
A2: Have you enabled remote live-viewing service? (Main Console only)

1. Please start NUUO Main Console.
2. Go to Config – Network Service – Live Streaming
3. Click “Start” from “Service”
4. Click OK to commit settings.
5. Try connecting via your mobile client again.

I can connect with my mobile client but it shows only a part of or no cameras at all. What’s wrong?

A1: Have you enabled user access to all cameras? Please log in with admin account ( with default access to all cameras) and try again.

A2: You may have improperly configured stream profile settings, or you may be using unsupported camera models.

a. If your recording server is a PC based IP+ Main Console:

1. Please start NUUO Main Console.
2. Go to Config – Setting – Camera.
3. Select your camera and click “Stream Profile” from “Camera Parameter”.



4. Click on “Low” stream profile and configure video format to MJPEG.
5. Click on “Minimum” stream profile and configure video format to MJPEG.

6. Click OK to commit settings.
7. Try connecting via your mobile client again.

b. If your recording server is an NVRmini standalone (Support after NVRmini v2.4):

1. Please log in to your NVRmini.
2. Go to IP Camera – Camera Parameter – 2nd Stream Settings
3. Select your camera from the camera list.
4. Choose “Enable” from “Stream Profile”.
5. Click Save to commit settings.
6. Try connecting via your mobile client again.

c. Camera compatibility:

NVRmini (Support after NVRmini v2.4)requires cameras with built-in dual streaming function to support viewing via mobile client.
