Insufficient power supply when using SCB 5000 series card

There are three possibilities to cause the problem.
1.) Capture card have been mangled. Please check if the card works on another PC.
2.) The capture card and PCI slot are not tough tightly.
3.) The electrical power may not be enough if too much device loaded.
If 4 cards are stacked to achieve 64 channels, 400W of power supply is required. If 2 cards are stacked to achieve 32 channels, 300W of power supply is required at least.
