For DVR/NVR/NDVR software,

please note Windows 2000 is no longer supported since version 3.2.

For NVRmini,

if you Windows2000 system on client PC, some required components are not included in Windows2000 by default.

You may install some applications and .dll files manually in to your computer, please check your Windows2000 system by following steps:

1. Install Windows Media Player version 9.0. Download from here

2. Upgrade Direct-X to version 9.0 or above, the default version of Direct-x in 2000OS is version7.

Check the version of Direct-x: Start---> Run---> dxdiag---> System Dowload Direct-x version 9 from here

3. Some dll files are required when NUUO software is executed, they are drmclien.dll, gdiplus.dll, msdmo.dll, wmasf.dll, wmidx.dll, WMVCore.dll

Please paste these 6 dll file in the sysem32 folder(C:\WINNT\system32). You can download these files from here
