I can view the recorded files through IE browser. Why can't I viewe the recoerded files through NUUO playback application??

NVRmini doesn't store video files in your local PC, it's a network device, therefore, you need to connect to an NVRmini for recorded video data over the network.
When you start local remote playback application, and it doesn’t connect to an NVRmini server,then do the following steps:
(A) Please click on <Remote Server>
(B) Fill out server setting
(C) Click on <Test Server> and make sure this NVRmini is available.
(D) Click on <Add>.
(E) Click on <OK> to store this server setting.
(F) Click on <Open Record>
(G) Click on that arrow
(H) Click on any server you want to access for playback. You need to set and store the server setting before you use local playback application.
Key in the username and password.
Congratulations! You should be able to see the server name in the red rectangle.
