Overview
Cameras are not the only element in a whole security system. A complete security system consists of

To control and receive signals from external devices, such as burglar alarms, you will need our IO boxes/cards to connect computers to external devices.
Different NUUO products need to be paired with different I/O devices.

Installation guide
C08 + C24/26/28
C24/C26/C28 must work with C08 (USB-RS485 converter) because general computer does not support RS485 interface directly.
(A) Please note dry contact is not supported in this diagram.
1.) Plug C08 to USB port on the back of the PC and install C08 driver.
2.) Make sure the driver is installed successfully in device manager.
3.) Connect C24/26/28 to C08.(Take C08+C28 for example as below)
Please note: dry contact is not supported in this diagram.
Digital Input device requires 4.0V at least if you choose this diagram.
• Input logical level 0: +1V (max).
• Input logical level 1: +4.0V ~ +30V.
Digital Output device requires 4.0V at least if you choose this diagram.
4.) Execute IOconfig.exe to check the COM port, Baud rate and starting address.
5.) Open Main console and go to [Config]->[Setting]->[I/O Device]
6.) Enter the desired name of [Module], specify the model of [Device], select the [COM Port], and [ID] of the device.
(B) In this diagram, the voltage can be provided by C26 itself, the maximum voltages are 30V.
G3-IO
1.) Connect G3-IO card to power supply on computer.
2.) Connect G3-IO card to capture card via attached cable.(SCB-7000, SCB-3000, SCB-2000 and SCB-1000 card)
3.) Connect RJ-11 to COM port (RS-232) on back of PC for RS-485 application.
4.) Connect digital input/output devices to G3-IO card according to below diagrams.
Please note: Please do turn off the power of PC before installing G3-IO card. Dry contact is not supported. Digital input device requires 5V.
